Meanwhile, Anthony Sheridan (Mullahoran St. Joseph’s) has been named as senior hurling captain. The hurlers have been working hard for the last couple of months under new manager Michael Carr. They return to league action this year after a seven year layoff having competed in last years Lory Meagher Cup. Their first game is Sunday week 4th February 2pm in Kingspan Breffni when they host Sligo.

Best of luck to all players and managements in the upcoming campaigns.
